Playing the first part, Kitchen Drama: Sushi Mania – we had a lot of fun. Since most of us enjoy BBQ more than eating chopsticks, it is hardly surprising that we were already very excited about these slot machines in advance. BBQ Frenzy continues where Sushi Mania left off. This time we are not on the dulcimer of a sushi chef, but on the green meadow and views from above the grill. The grill grate represents the reels. There are 5 of them, each showing three symbols. There are a total of 20 paylines which are made up of the different symbols.

Gameplay

Thankfully, NoLimit City has completely dispensed with the boring card symbols and offers us relatively funny barbecues signs, which are also nicely animated. From a technical point of view, slot loads quickly and runs smoothly like on all different platforms, directly in the browser. No app to download is required. Sound effects are used rather rare and there is no annoying music, only a little banjo-jingle which fits well into nature and does not disturb. On the left and right you will find Wild BBQ Meter and the Fiery Chili Meter.

As already mentioned, settings are relatively simple. You can bet there for as little as one pens per payline. Since the 20 lines are always played all at once, the minimum bet per spin is 20 pens. You can risk a maximum of 100 Pounds per spin. Despite the many extra features, the slot is really quick to learn. Nor can we complain about a theoretical payout ratio of 96.7% (RTP).

Technical

After you set the bet, all you have to do is press the start button. If everything goes slowly, the reels can also roll faster and shorten the lap time. Sheriff Badge Wild – the Sheriff Star triggers the Gunsmoke feature which instantly activates the Chili Spirit Spins. Symbol can also replace all other symbols at the same time.
Sheriff Wild – when the steak is promoted to sheriff it takes on the function of a sticky. This feature is only available in the Wild BBQ Spins. The Sheriff Wild symbol then appears on the reels and jumps one field further to the left with each spin until it reaches the first reel. Meanwhile, the Sheriff has a normal wild function and can replace all other symbols. 2 Sheriffs mean a 2x multiplier, 3x a triple up to a maximum of 15 times.
Fiery Chili Spirit Spin – on the right side of the field is the Fiery Chili Meter. This is fed with the winnings during a normal game round. If you win three times in a row, this feature is activated. A symbol activates an additional game which is placed several times on the playing field.
Wild BBQ Spins – whoever wins with the steak, the pepper or the chanterelle in the basic game, triggers the Wild BBQ Spins. That means 5 extra spins, where the steak becomes Sheriff game.
